Service: Temporary Traffic Management (TTM)

Project Description:
D-TAL partnered with John Holland to develop and deliver the Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) strategy and detailed design packages, to facilitate the construction of the M7-M12 Integration project.

Our scope of work included:
Testimonial
“I recently worked with Daniel from D-TAL on a large $1.4B Design and Construct Infrastructure Tender as part of the proposed Sydney M7-M12 upgrade. My role as civil lead was to develop construction methodologies for a complex 3-tier intersection with 8 on/off ramps. The tender period was extremely tight and as a result, created a high-pressure environment.
I worked with Daniel directly to verify the proposed construction methodology and produce Traffic Management (TTM) staging drawings for the tender submission. Daniel and the D-TAL team were excellent to work with. In a high-pressure environment often working remotely via Teams, we were able to produce a well-thought-out and validated temporary works staging for the tender.
Daniel is a great communicator and is fully aware of the design standards and client expectations for temporary traffic management. Daniel was able to quickly identify solutions for complex alignment issues and always met his deadlines.
This is the second time I have worked with Daniel and both times have been a very positive experience. Daniel is a dedicated professional with high drive. I would not hesitate to work with him again.”

“D-TAL provided excellent quality work. The road safety audit was turned around in a rapid timeframe, which was really valuable to me as a customer. The works that he reviewed needed multiple layers of approval, so the timeframe available to between design finalisation and conducting an audit was critical path. D-TAL’s review of the road safety hazards was well thought through. When Council reviewed the design, there were no additional safety issues raised, indicating that the audit covered all the issues. This is really helpful as it reduces approval time and provides an up-front process to ensure the design is approvable. I would recommend D-TAL for further work.”
